SaaS Cloud ERP
1. Introduction
CloudShivERP (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) provides a cloud-based business management software platform. This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of our cloud-based application and services. By accessing, registering, or using our Services, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
2. Nature of Service (Cloud-Based SaaS Model)
CloudShivERP operates as a cloud-based software (Software as a Service - SaaS) platform. • All user data is stored securely on cloud servers. • Internet connectivity is required to access core services. • Users may access their account from multiple devices. • Data synchronization occurs automatically through secured servers. We do not provide offline-only software licenses. Access to the Services depends on active subscription and server availability.
3. Services Provided
Our platform provides: GST Billing & Invoice Generation, Inventory Management, Accounting Records, Estimates & Order Creation, Business Reports & Analytics, Cloud Data Backup & Sync. The Services are intended for business and internal organizational use.
4. Compliance Disclaimer
While our software supports GST and regulatory documentation, compliance with tax laws and other regulations is solely the User’s responsibility. CloudShivERP shall not be liable for penalties, compliance failures, or legal violations.
5. Account Registration & Responsibility
Users must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We are not responsible for losses arising from account misuse.
6. Data Collection & Permissions
As a cloud-based system, we collect Business Data (invoices, customer details, inventory, financial transactions) and Device Information (IP, browser, OS) for security and optimization.
7. Cloud Storage & Data Hosting
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. While we implement industry-standard safeguards, no system is completely immune to risk.
8. Data Ownership & Retention
Users retain full ownership. We retain data as long as subscription is active or as required by law. Upon termination, data may be deleted after reasonable period.

Subscription & Payments
Services are provided on a subscription basis. License validity begins from the date of activation. Manual renewal is required. Failure to renew may result in suspension of access.
Refund Policy
Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase are eligible for full refund. Applicable only for annual or longer plans. Convenience fees are non-refundable.
Third-Party Services & SDKs
We may use third-party providers for cloud hosting, payment processing, credit risk assessment, and security monitoring. All partners implement appropriate security controls.
Communication Consent
By registering, you agree to receive transactional emails, system alerts, renewal reminders, and promotional communications. You may opt out of marketing communications.
Limitation of Liability
CloudShivERP shall not be liable for data loss due to user negligence, server downtime beyond reasonable control, compliance failures, or indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid.
Termination & Governing Law
We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation of terms, fraudulent activities, or non-payment. This Agreement is governed by Indian laws.
